Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use apps and websites by opachki, run by Dmitrii Byshonkov, based in Cyprus. By using them you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the apps.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your email or sign-in method secure. One account is for one person.

Your content

Words, decks, notes and pictures you add stay yours. You give me permission to store and process them only to run the app for you. When you share a deck by link or publicly, other users can view and copy it into their own accounts.

Don't add or share content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or is offensive. Shared decks can be reported, and I may hide or remove content that breaks these rules.

Subscriptions

Some features need a paid subscription. Prices are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your App Store, Google Play or Stripe account settings. Refunds follow the rules of the store you bought from. The free plan has limits (for example, the number of words), which may change over time.

Dictionary and translations

The built-in dictionary uses data from Wiktionary, available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license. Some translations were made with the help of AI and are marked in the app. Translations may contain mistakes; please don't rely on them where accuracy is critical.

Availability

I do my best to keep the apps working and your data safe, but they are provided "as is", without guarantees that they will always be available or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, I am not liable for indirect losses from using the apps. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Ending your use

You can stop using the apps and delete your account at any time. I may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Changes

If these terms change in a meaningful way, I will update the date above and tell you in the app. Continuing to use the apps after that means you accept the new terms.
