Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data opachki apps collect, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to all apps published by opachki, including Siga Siga. opachki is run by one person, Dmitrii Byshonkov, based in Cyprus ("I", "me").

What I collect

• Account data. Your email address, or the name and email shared by Apple or Google if you sign in with them. It is used only to sign you in and to reply when you write to me.
• Content you create. For Siga Siga: your decks, words, translations, notes, pictures you attach and your review history. It is stored so you can study on all your devices.
• Settings. For example, your language pair and how many new words you want to learn per day.
• Purchases. If you subscribe, the App Store, Google Play or Stripe handle the payment. I receive only the subscription status, never your card details.
• Technical data. Crash reports and basic, anonymous usage statistics (such as which screens are opened) to find bugs. They do not include the content of your words or decks.

What I don't do

• No ads and no advertising trackers.
• I never sell your data or share it for marketing.
• Decks you share by link or publicly are visible to others only because you chose to share them. You can make them private again at any time.

Where the data is stored

Data is stored with service providers that process it on my behalf: Supabase (database and sign-in, servers in the European Union), Cloudflare (website), Resend (sign-in emails), Sentry (error reports) and RevenueCat (subscription status). Each of them may only use the data to provide their service to me.

How long I keep it

As long as you have an account. When you delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days, except where the law requires me to keep records of purchases.

Your rights

You can see, correct and export your data, and delete your account at any time inside the app (Settings → Delete account). If you live in the EU, the UK or a similar jurisdiction, you also have the right to object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority. For any request, write to support@opchki.com.

Children

The apps are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires). If you believe a child has created an account, write to me and I will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, I will update the date above and tell you in the app.
